Noble Tails cannot be held liable for minor discrepancies in product information or images.
4. Prices
All prices on the website are stated in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
Noble Tails reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable at the time of ordering is always the valid price.
5. Orders
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation by email. The agreement is concluded once we confirm your order.
Noble Tails reserves the right to refuse an order or request additional information if necessary.
6. Payment
Orders are processed after full payment has been received.

7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days.
The final delivery time depends on the destination and the carrier. Noble Tails is not liable for delays caused by carriers, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable law.
The costs for return shipping are, unless otherwise agreed, borne by the customer.

After receiving and checking the returned products, we will process the refund within 5 to 10 business days via the same payment method used to pay for the order.
In case of damaged or used products, a reduction in value may be applied.
