How long does delivery take?

Your order will normally be shipped the next business day. After that, your package will be in transit for an average of 7 to 14 business days. During busy periods or customs delays, this can extend to approximately 20 business days. You will always receive a notification as soon as your order is on its way.

What does shipping cost?

Nothing. Shipping is always free, on every order, within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your order. Send us an email at support@nobletails.nl and we'll help you further. Our refund policy explains exactly how it works.

Which countries do you ship to?

We deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium. Would you like to order from another country? Please email us and we will see what is possible.
